Job Details
Title: IT Manager CRM Development
Location: Phoenix, AZ (in-office)
This is a leadership role managing a team that delivers mission-critical CRM solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You will play a central role in maintaining and advancing the CRM platforms used across multiple business lines and environments, supporting student and partner engagement systems in a hybrid on-prem/cloud architecture.
Your role:
- Lead a cross-functional CRM development team including engineers, analysts, QA, and support staff, with a focus on mentoring and continuous improvement
- Oversee the architecture and design of CRM systems, aligning technical solutions with strategic business goals
- Plan and manage CRM projects, ensuring milestones are met and initiatives stay on track and within budget
- Serve as the internal expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, helping drive functionality across multiple environments
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party services supporting the CRM ecosystem
- Collaborate with leadership to define IT strategy and identify opportunities to modernize and extend CRM capabilities
- Enforce system security protocols and ensure compliance with internal IT policies
- Monitor daily operations and provide escalation support as needed to resolve technical issues
- Maintain documentation across CRM systems, processes, and integrations
- Evaluate and implement tools or enhancements that improve reliability, scalability, or performance
What you ve got:
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including design, configuration, and deployment in enterprise settings
- 5+ years of experience in IT leadership, ideally in roles managing development or CRM-focused teams
- Strong grasp of the full SDLC, with proven success delivering production-ready solutions
- Experience working in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments using Microsoft Azure
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term goals
- Skilled communicator, able to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with IT budgeting and resource planning
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Sound judgment, structured thinking, and clear decision-making capabilities
