Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud IVR Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing and developing IVR call flows across omni-channel environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Genesys Cloud, integrations, data actions, bot development, and CRM connectivity. This role requires 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and configuration skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop IVR call flows for inbound and outbound voice and chat channels.

  • Create and configure Data Actions and integrations within Genesys Cloud.

  • Integrate CRM platforms such as Salesforce with Genesys Cloud.

  • Build and configure bot flows for inbound channels.

  • Work with Genesys Cloud admin tools to configure platform features.

  • Troubleshoot agent issues and provide Genesys Cloud support.

  • Configure outbound dialer campaigns.

  • Represent call flow logic using Visio diagrams.

  • Utilize basic JavaScript knowledge for understanding or developing scripts.


Must Have Skills

  • Genesys Cloud IVR development.

  • Omni-channel call flow design (voice, chat).

  • Data Actions and API integrations.

  • CRM integration (preferably Salesforce).

  • Bot development and configurations.

  • Genesys Cloud Admin configuration.

  • Outbound dialer campaign experience.

  • Troubleshooting and support experience.

  • Basic JavaScript understanding.

  • Visio for call flow design.


Minimum Required Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
