Job Description:
Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of Salesforce experience having extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and design, execute some of the specialized services like technology / design assessment, technology upgrade / migration and reengineering and modernization initiatives with the objective of providing technical expertise and anchoring the technology transformation agenda for the customer within the limits of pre-defined corporate guidelines

• Required Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification
• Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, triggers, flows, process builders, and Integration(REST & SOAP).
• Should have solid experience in salesforce security model and data model.
• Good to have GitHub Copilot, Deployment tools(Octopus) and JIRA.
• Should have strong working experience in integrating Salesforce with other cloud and on-prem systems leveraging REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs in both real-time and batch mode.
• Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for scalable and reusable UI solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Apex code with a strong focus on performance and code quality.
• Identify and resolve PMD rule violations in Apex, including reducing cyclomatic and cognitive complexity.
• Develop, optimize, and manage Salesforce triggers following best practices and avoiding recursion.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST integration patterns.
• Manage and execute deployment processes using Copado.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce automation processes such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Required experience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.
• Preferred experience working with GitHub, RTC, automation tools.
• Preferred experience IVR Technologies like AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot etc.
