Location: Conshohocken, PA

Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Implementation SME with deep experience in PeopleSoft Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support a large-scale ERP implementation. The candidate will serve as the key functional expert in HR modules, guiding the successful rollout, integration, and optimization of Oracle PeopleSoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle PeopleSoft HR modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent Management).
Collaborate with internal HR teams, IT stakeholders, and external consultants to translate business needs into system requirements.
Lead and support implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
Provide functional guidance during data migration, system integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Review functional design documents, test plans, and training materials for accuracy and completeness.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Ensure alignment between system functionality and business processes.

Required Qualifications:
From an overall 12 to 13 years atleast 7 years of experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft HRIS.
Hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementation.
In-depth knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.
Strong experience working in cross-functional teams and with external implementation partners (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
