Title: Workday Technical Analyst
Project Duration: 6 months

Position Summary:
The Workday Technical Analyst is a hands-on expert across the Workday suite (HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning) with a core focus on security, integrations, reporting, and functional configuration. This role supports both strategic initiatives and daily operations to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant Workday functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Support:
- Provide SME-level support for Workday HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning (Adaptive).
- Assist stakeholders with configuration updates and troubleshooting.
- Support release management, testing, and functional enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations.
Security Administration:
- Design and maintain security roles, domain/business process policies, and dynamic groups.
- Lead security audits and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Manage authentication strategies (SSO, MFA) and environment access controls.
- Respond to incidents; conduct root cause analysis and remediation.
Integrations & Technical Support:
- Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP.
- Manage integration lifecycle from design to post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
- Support secure data migrations and authentication protocols.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Build reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics.
- Ensure secure and compliant data access.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years across Workday modules (HCM, Financials, SCM, Adaptive, Prism, Strategic Sourcing).
- 3+ years of Workday Security Administration.
- Strong experience with integrations and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, and security configuration.
- Workday certifications preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
