Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product design lifecycle: from research and strategy to wireframes, prototypes, and final visual design.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences with a data-driven mindset.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system that supports consistency and reusability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Content Strategists.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
Must-Have Skills
- 6–8 years of hands-on product design experience, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or complex digital systems.
- Strong UX strategy skills – ability to turn research insights into actionable design.
- Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping, wireframing, and UI execution.
- Solid grasp of UX metrics, A/B testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time across multiple priorities.
- Experience designing healthcare or enterprise platforms.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive desig
n best practices. - Familiarity with conversion-driven design
for marketing flows (e.g. plan selectors, tools).
