Job Title: Product Manager – POS & Store Systems
Location: Onsite – Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Contract / C2C / W2 (as applicable)
Industry: Retail / Quick-Service Retail
Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years Preferred)

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in retail or quick-service environments
Strong hands-on experience with POS systems and store operations
Proven experience troubleshooting retail hardware and devices in live store environments
Solid understanding of POS hardware, including registers, scanners, receipt printers, pin pads, kiosks, and mobile devices
Experience working with payment systems and peripherals
Ability to analyze logs, device diagnostics, and incident data
Strong understanding of store networking basics (connectivity, peripherals, device communication)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to work onsite and support store operations as needed
