Role: Salesforce Technical Lead (Service Cloud & OmniStudio)
Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Role Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to define the technical vision and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- In this leadership role, you will oversee the architecture and development of Service Cloud and OmniStudio implementations, ensuring they support our critical captive finance operations.
- You will serve as the primary technical authority, guiding the team through complex challenges while bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
Technical Delivery:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud.
- Own the technical delivery lifecycle, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
OmniStudio Architecture:
- Architect and deliver the implementation of complex business processes using OmniStudio.
- Guide the team in developing reusable FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to enhance customer interaction processes.
Integration:
- Deliver scalable integration patterns to enable real-time, event-driven data synchronization between Salesforce and enterprise financial systems, leveraging Google Cloud Platform native tools or similar middleware.
Mentorship & Standards:
- Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and comprehensive documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to foster technical growth within the team.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering, and architecture stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment across CRM, marketing, and integration platforms.
Deep Salesforce Platform Expertise:
- Expert-level mastery of Service Cloud, including Case Management, Console, Entitlements, and Knowledge.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform core, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing.
Experience Required:
- Deep Salesforce Platform Expertise: Expert-level mastery of Service Cloud, including Case Management, Console, Entitlements, and Knowledge.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform core, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing.
OmniStudio Specialization:
- Strong architectural background in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity). Proven ability to design complex, guided user experiences and high-performance data integration layers using OmniStudio tools.
Data & Integration:
- Extensive experience designing enterprise-grade data models and managing secure API integrations (REST/SOAP) in a large-scale environment.
Good to Have:
Industry Focus:
- Experience in Automotive Cloud or the Financial Services industry, specifically Captive Finance or Lending.
Cloud Integrations:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) native services, such as Cloud Functions and Pub/Sub, or similar serverless technologies for integration.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
