Our client is seeking a talented individual to support engineering tests in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in interpreting engineering instructions into actionable results, troubleshooting, and enhancing system performance. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Talent Wave Associates is not able to work with subcontractors at this time and we are not able to provide sponsorship.

  • Support Tests: Conduct testing on the manufacturing line or in a lab setting.
  • Data Analysis: Compile and analyze test data to drive improvements.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving tool/process issues and suggest enhancements.
  • Experiment Execution: Lead and train others in executing lab or production floor experiments.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Plan and execute engineering tests, collaborating across teams.
  • Compliance: Adhere to environmental, quality, and safety policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 10 years of technical experience, or Associate's Degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field, no prior experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of SQL/JMP.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
