Job Description


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Draft contracts, statements of work, amendments, renewals, task orders, non-disclosure agreements, and contract extension documents.
  • Draft, review redlines to contract documents with internal corporate attorneys and vendor counsel to effectively finalize contracts.
  • Serve as a SME for solicitation negotiation teams focusing on the areas of implementation scope, service levels, and contract terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with one or more individuals within a BU on drafting a Scope or Work/Services.
  • Review and negotiate vendor contract terms and conditions for non-solicitation related purchases.
  • Coordinate timely response with appropriate parties and serve as a liaison among attorneys, project team, and other stakeholders to effectively finalize contracts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Business unit specific experience (e.g., underwriting, claims, information technology)
  • Knowledge of State of Florida procurement laws and contract monitoring requirements


Education and/or Experience:



  • High School Diploma | GED
  • Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years relevant experience, OR a combination of college education and relevant experience equivalent to 3 years
