Currently, we are hiring for the following position;

NetSuite Consultant

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant for our client to help lead their key system enhancements and process automations within their finance and operations ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical understanding of NetSuite ERP and a proven ability to configure, optimize, and implement modules that drive financial efficiency and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement SuiteAnalytics:
    Design, configure, and deploy SuiteAnalytics dashboards, workbooks, and reports to deliver actionable insights for finance and operations leaders.

  • Implement the Fixed Assets Module:
    Set up and customize NetSuite's Fixed Asset Management functionality, including asset records, depreciation schedules, and reporting compliance.

  • Automate Billing Schedules:
    Streamline and automate billing schedules using Sales Order workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in revenue recognition and recurring billing.

  • Create Key CFO Dashboards:
    Develop dynamic dashboards and visual analytics for the CFO and executive leadership, providing real-time visibility into KPIs such as revenue, expenses, cash flow, and forecasting.

  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.

  • Maintain system integrity through testing, troubleshooting, and documenting enhancements or workflows.

  • Train and support internal users to ensure successful adoption of new features and automations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation or administration.

  • Proven experience with SuiteAnalytics, workflows, custom scripting (SuiteScript), and Fixed Asset Management module.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, billing, and revenue processes.

  • Ability to design executive dashboards and interpret financial KPIs.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • NetSuite certification(s) preferred (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteAnalytics).
