Job Title: Hardcore Project Manager

Job Description:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role.
- Proven success in managing large-scale technical projects.
- Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, and modern software architectures.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Preferred:
- Experience with hybrid or scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
- Background in software engineering or DevOps is a strong advantage.
