Title: Mail Room-Maintenance Mechanic

Skills:
Ability to speak and understand English, both verbal and written
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must pass a level 2 background and MVR
Experience in maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical equipment
Skill in using tools and equipment in maintenance and repair work
Ability to perform a variety of skilled trades functions
Ability to install, maintain and repair electric motors, generators and other mechanical equipment
Ability to take accurate measurements
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to climb to install/repair equipment
Ability to bend and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Commercial building maintenance experience
