If you're passionate about quality, automation, and driving innovation in Agile teams-this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and promote a test-first mindset.
  • Design, build, and maintain UI and API test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript) or similar tools.
  • Lead the migration from legacy tools like Selenium + Java or Postman to modern, unified test automation frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless integration of tests in CI/CD pipelines for fast and actionable feedback.
  • Support manual testing when needed, including exploratory testing and complex scenario validation.
  • Develop and execute automated API tests (REST/SOAP) and end-to-end test scenarios.
  • Contribute to test architecture, code reviews, and mentor teams on test strategy and best practices.
  • Write SQL queries to support test data creation and data validation.
  • Champion quality engineering, ensuring traceability from requirements to tests and defects, supporting compliance needs.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript preferred), Cypress, or Puppeteer.
  • Proven migration experience from Selenium + Java or Postman to modern frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, test reporting, and quality metrics.
  • Experience with test case management tools like qTest, TestRail, or similar.
  • Familiarity with requirements traceability and enterprise-level compliance (e.g., HIPAA, security audits).
Nice to Have
  • Experience integrating testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Background in Agile product teams with cross-functional testing responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of security, performance, or accessibility testing.
