OCONUS Positions: Include an additional $30,000 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) stipend
Location: CONUS & OCONUS (Up to 25% travel, mostly to Fort Wainwright)
Job Overview:We are seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals skilled in using and training others on enterprise software solutions (e.g., Gotham, Gaia, Foundry) to join our team as Field Service Analysts. You will be on the front lines strengthening user relationships, troubleshooting technical issues, developing new use cases, and working alongside analysts to solve unique and complex problems. This role requires global collaboration and direct interaction with users to enhance the impact and functionality of mission-critical tools.
Key Responsibilities:-
Train and guide users in the use and functionality of Palantir Gotham software

Deliver training sessions in both classroom and deskside formats

Troubleshoot technical issues independently and in collaboration with support teams

Collaborate with analysts to develop and document new operational use cases

Gather and relay user feedback to inform software enhancements and feature updates

Promote cross-functional collaboration across global intelligence and defense enterprises

1 3 years of experience using Gotham software

Hands-on experience in training users on software functionality

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions

Real-world experience supporting intelligence or operations

Familiarity with Gaia or Foundry

Experience training other intelligence or operations software

Excellent communication skills with a diverse user base

Willingness to travel independently, both CONUS and OCONUS, as required

Technical proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or HTML
