RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Designer in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
Are you curious about building apps without being a coding wizard? This is your chance to dive into the world of -vibe coding- with cutting-edge agentic tools. We are looking for a creative, analytical thinker to join us for a 1-month sprint to reimagine the S360 dashboard. No heavy coding background? No problem. This role is all about learning, experimenting, and ideating without the need for you to write thousands of lines of code to bring your visions to life.

What You'll Do:
* Decode complex business needs and turn them into sleek, functional dashboards using Microsoft's low-code platform
* Be the go-to thinker for modeling, simulating, and analyzing solutions in a no-code/low-code environment
* Design, test, and launch a dashboard that's not just functional-but delightful
* Ensure your work meets quality, security, and compliance standards
* Embrace change, learn fast, and adapt as the project evolves
* Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates with a positive, can-do attitude

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 0-2 years of experience with gathering and translating requirements into action
* Minimum 0-2 years experience with designing and testing
* Minimum 0-2 years experience with business analytics
* 0-2 years of experience with low code/no code tools
* Familiarity with dashboard design principles
* Strong communication skills-written and verbal
* A knack for problem-solving and critical thinking
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Comfortable gathering and translating requirements into action
* Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or general tech tools
* Interest in UI/UX design or user-centered thinking
* Background in business analysis, product management, or similar

What We're Not Looking For:
* Deep experience in traditional programming languages (C#, C++, HTML, etc.)
* Advanced coding skills
* Prior experience with dev tools beyond low-code platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
