Role: IT Executive Support Engineer
Location: Washington, DC
Hire Type: Fulltime Permanent

Summary
  • Experience supporting Senior Leadership Team (VP, CIO, CFO and CEO)
  • Good troubleshooting skills in Microsoft technologies Windows, Teams (widely used) conference rooms & IOS devices.
  • With strong customer service Pedigree
  • Dedicated VIP level support
  • Provide dedicated VIP support to around 40 Senior Execs
  • Support and manage around 30 TEAMs conference rooms.
  • Supporting board room meetings including quarterly meeting etc
  • AV proactive monitoring and coordinating with EA of Execs
  • VP Concierge service/support, prompt responses and good communication
  • 8 am to 5 pm EST, after office hour support can be discussed. Resources to be flexible.
  • While Mobile Device Mgmt is not in scope but trouble shooting support etc is required.
  • Experience working with Senior Executives
