Minimum Requirements and Wow Factors
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support system changes, enhancements, and ongoing production operations. This role will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, recommend improvements, and support development and implementation of system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
Support system changes and enhancements from development through production.
Recommend and implement improvements such as user interface updates, report configurations, and system testing.
Develop new program specifications to address customer requirements and system upgrades, including new releases.
Analyze service requests to assess feasibility, scope, required resources, and time estimates.
Provide daily production support, including:
Routine maintenance of production control parameters
Fulfillment of service requests
Troubleshooting and resolution of system issues
Participate in project work including analysis, requirements gathering, and testing.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and document business needs.
Collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure accuracy of enhancements and seamless system integration.
Assist in developing and updating training materials and user documentation.
Support system conversions, mergers, and other development initiatives.
Perform system testing, complete special projects, and handle other assigned duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate s degree or equivalent work experience.
3 6 years of relevant experience in system support, analysis, or development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with testing, documentation, and user support.
