Job Description:

  • The client is seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Strategy & Operations (S&O) Program Manager to support our Marketing AI Lab and Media Lab. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and executive decision-making, partnering closely with marketing, media, and leadership teams to translate experimentation data into clear investment and adoption recommendations.
  • You will act as a strategic thought partner owning complex analyses, building structured evaluation frameworks, and shaping executive-ready narratives that influence how AI and media initiatives scale across the organization.


Key Responsibilities: Strategic Analysis & Insights:

  • Lead deep-dive performance analyses across AI-driven marketing and media experiments.
  • Translate complex datasets into concise, high-impact strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform marketing investment decisions.

Framework & Program Development:

  • Design and refine structured frameworks to evaluate emerging AI marketing tools and media pilots.
  • Ensure alignment between experimentation outcomes and broader business objectives.
  • Standardize measurement approaches to support repeatable decision-making.

Program & Operational Execution:

  • Own end-to-end workstreams for lab initiatives, from planning through execution and readouts.
  • Apply an operator mindset to identify process gaps, unblock teams, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.

Executive & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Synthesize quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready presentations.
  • Distill technical and analytical outputs into actionable, non-technical business implications.
  • Influence senior stakeholders on budget allocation, prioritization, and strategy.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Strategy & Operations roles in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Experience supporting executive-level decision-making with data-driven insights.


Core Skills:

  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in Excel / Sheets; strong data modeling and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured Thinking: Ability to break down ambiguous, open-ended problems into logical, actionable workstreams.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Proven ability to translate metrics and analysis into compelling narratives for senior leaders.
  • Program Management: Experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.


Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
