Job : SAP Treasury Specialist

Location : Middletown, PA (Hybrid)

  • Currently remote but may switch to hybrid.

  • Only candidates within 1.5 hours of Middletown, PA will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Act as SME for SAP FI/CO, FM, and PS for ECC and S/4HANA environments.

  • Support the SMART project, including integrations with other SAP modules and PTC systems.

  • Collaborate with system integrators, internal IT, and business teams for configuration, development, testing, and support.

  • Learn and map As-Is to To-Be processes for Finance, Funds Management, and Project Systems.

  • Support new/enhanced processes and reporting capabilities in S/4HANA.

  • Support documentation, process changes, and reporting in ECC and S/4HANA.

  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, testing, and validation.

  • Ensure all modifications/upgrades are properly tested and documented.

  • Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.

  • Troubleshoot issues in ECC and support cutover and hypercare in S/4HANA.

  • Ensure best practices in process change management and documentation.

Minimum Required Experience/Skills

  • 10+ years SAP ECC 6.0 & S/4HANA in FI/CO, FM, PS.

  • 2+ full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA Finance, FM, and PS.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Controlling processes.

  • Deep experience in SAP Project Systems (ECC & S/4HANA).

  • Strong experience with month-end & year-end closing.

  • Experience in process discovery, design workshops, and solution delivery.

  • Strong documentation skills (FDs/TDs/test scripts/trainings).

  • Familiarity with public-sector financial procedures and regulations.

Desired Skills

  • SAP ECC S/4HANA integration & migration experience (brownfield).

  • SAP background job processing expertise.

  • Payment processing experience (ACH, check, real-time & digital payments).

  • Integrations with banks, external systems, and Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Experience with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO).

  • Hands-on testing experience using ADO.

  • Experience transitioning from SAP GUI to SAP Fiori.

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.

  • Preferred: SAP Certifications in S/4HANA Finance, FM, PS.
