| Job Summary: |
| We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This individual will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and robust ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs. |
| Key Responsibilities: |
| Architect and design complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, or custom applications. |
| Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. |
| Provide strategic guidance and oversight on platform governance, roadmap, and enterprise integration. |
| Develop and maintain architecture documentation, data models, and integration frameworks. |
| Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects involving ServiceNow and third-party systems. |
| Define best practices for development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. |
| Ensure platform scalability, security, maintainability, and performance tuning. |
| Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure alignment with design principles and standards. |
| Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators. |
| Stay updated with latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends. |
| Required Qualifications: |
| Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. |
| 8 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years working extensively with ServiceNow. |
| Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer in large-scale enterprise implementations. |
| Hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or CSM. |
| Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Web Services (REST/SOAP). |
| Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and tools using APIs and middleware. |
| Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices. |
| ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. |
| Additional certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or SecOps are preferred. |
| Preferred Skills: |
| Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management. |
| Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus. |
| Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. |
