Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid preferred)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This individual will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and robust ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, or custom applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide strategic guidance and oversight on platform governance, roadmap, and enterprise integration.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, data models, and integration frameworks.
Lead end-to-end implementation and integration projects involving ServiceNow and third-party systems.
Define best practices for development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Ensure platform scalability, security, maintainability, and performance tuning.
Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure alignment with design principles and standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Stay updated with latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
8 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years working extensively with ServiceNow.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or CSM.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and tools using APIs and middleware.
Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
Additional certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or SecOps are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
