World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) has an opportunity available for a Network Specialist (Infrastructure Engineer) to support our client located at HYBRID - Austin, TX.

Title: Network Specialist (Infrastructure Engineer)

Location: HYBRID - Austin, TX (Up to 3 days a week onsite)

Duration/Type of Job: 9 Months (Contract to Hire)

Required Skills:

  • 4-8 years experience in Routing & Switching, Network Security and Cloud technologies is
  • At least 3 years of experience in providing Network technical support and service delivery is
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in high pressure dynamic environment and independently prioritize work.
  • Handle repetitive issues and investigations or special request
  • Address remediation efforts (Long term remediation, Vulnerability, Health checks etc)
  • Knowledge in Routing & Switching, Wireless, Load Balancing, Data Center
    Technologies, SD-WAN and DDI (Cisco, Velocloud, F5..etc)
  • Good nowledge in TCP/IP protocol stacks
  • Understanding of Network Security and Cloud (AWS, Azure, DMZ, Palo Alto, ASA,
    FTD, SASE etc)
  • Understanding of Vendor CVE Process and Remediation
  • Engagement with NS Compliance, IT Security and Vendors to assess CVE and provide remediation status reporting
  • Experience with Network Operations and drive Network automation adoptions
  • Familiar with automation, monitoring and reporting tool such as or similar to (example
    ServONE, Ansible, Glueware, NetBrain)
