Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Python Developer to join the Field Ops Technology team, supporting the development of Core Tech Tools. The role focuses on solving optimization challenges for a tool called Quota Load Balancing, which assigns technician workloads efficiently based on proximity.

You ll collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to design innovative solutions, enhance performance, and incorporate AI-driven improvements.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience

  • Strong understanding of optimization and linear programming

  • Experience or strong interest in AI / Machine Learning technologies

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies
