Role: Enterprise Change Management Consultant
Duration: Long Term
Location: Remote but need candidate from EST

Summary
We are seeking experienced Enterprise Change Management Consultants to support a major healthcare payer affiliation program. Candidates will embed into cross-functional workstreams (clinical, claims, configuration, etc.) and act as a bridge between program activity and executive-level reporting. The role combines stakeholder engagement, communications, and data-driven reporting using structured dashboards and change trackers.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate use of Change Impact Tracker dashboards (summary, stakeholder, ERP, communications)
Develop and deliver executive-ready status updates, newsletters, and townhall materials
Partner with business and IT leads to ensure affiliation workstreams adopt changes on schedule
Prepare meeting agendas, recaps, and weekly insights by function
Manage stakeholder communications, including roadshows and SLT updates
Support vendor and early-access stakeholder management
Integrate change management activities into program workplans
Monitor adoption and change progress; highlight risks and opportunities
Qualifications
7+ years of enterprise Change Management experience, ideally with IT/business alignment
Prosci or similar certification strongly preferred
Experience with healthcare insurers/payers or regulated industries
Advanced skills in Excel dashboards, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
Reporting Line
Reports to a Senior IT Executive with direct visibility to CIO, COO, and CEO.
