This ground-breaking new internet layer opens up previously unimaginable possibilities for payments, commerce and markets that can help raise global economic prosperity and enhance inclusion. Our infrastructure - including USDC, a blockchain-based dollar - helps businesses, institutions and developers harness these breakthroughs and capitalize on this major turning point in the evolution of money and technology.

    • This role is expected to be onsite daily in our New York HQ
  • Provide direct support to onsite executives and employees, as well as traveling teams
  • Configure and maintain Zoom Rooms, including integrated hardware and software setups
  • Manage technical execution of live and hybrid events, including all-hands, executive meetings, and livestreams
  • Troubleshoot AV issues in real time, ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical meetings
  • Set up and monitor wireless microphones, PTZ cameras, AV routing systems, and digital signage
  • Coordinate with IT and Workplace teams on system maintenance, upgrades, and vendor support
  • Support flexible working hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required by events

What You'll Bring to Circle:

Core Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience supporting corporate AV systems and live event production and coordination
  • 2+ years managing Apple devices (Macs, iPhones, iPads MDM), basic networking protocols, and familiarity with IT systems including Google Workspace and Okta
  • Expertise in Zoom Rooms, including complex configurations with multiple cameras, audio inputs, displays, and control systems
  • Hands-on experience with wireless microphones, PTZ cameras, AV routing, and digital signage
  • Proven track record delivering white-glove service for executive leadership
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
  • Experience collaborating with IT and Workplace operations teams on cross-functional AV initiatives
  • Experience in highly regulated, fast-paced, high-growth environments with distributed teams

Preferred Requirements
  • AV certifications (e.g., CTS, Extron, Q-SYS) or formal AV/IT training
  • Experience with Meraki Networking Equipment
