Position: Axiom Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ months Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • 8 10 years of overall IT experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with Axiom Controller View.

  • Expertise in regulatory and risk reporting modules, including but not limited to:

    • Prime Reports

    • CCAR

    • SCCL

    • FR2052a

  • Strong experience working with financial and reporting data.

  • Proven ability to develop Axiom components such as:

    • Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthands, Portfolios, Aggregations, and perform detailed data mapping activities.

  • Experience configuring:

    • Free-form and tabular reports

    • Axiom workflows and automation

  • Hands-on knowledge of APAC (Singapore, Australia) and EMEA regulatory reporting.

  • Familiarity with U.S. regulatory reports such as FFIEC031, FFIEC041, and FFIEC009 is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to independently review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to derive solution designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Axiom regulatory reports and data workflows.

  • Build and maintain Axiom components: Data Sources, Models, Shorthands, Portfolios, Aggregations, and reporting templates.

  • Participate in performance tuning efforts both within Axiom Controller View and at the database level.

  • Translate functional and regulatory requirements into detailed technical designs and reports.

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes and shell scripts as needed for data integration.

  • Write, review, and optimize PL/SQL or equivalent DB code for sourcing data into Axiom.

  • Conduct unit testing and support QA/UAT efforts with detailed test cases and documentation.

  • Support the migration of Axiom artifacts across development, test, and production environments.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and end users to validate functional requirements and ensure accurate report delivery.

  • Ensure all development follows internal coding, security, and compliance standards.

  • Contribute to best practices in regulatory reporting and data warehousing.
