Location: Remote (USA-based only)
Duration: Contract 6+ months and possibility for extension
Pay rate: $55/hr - $60/hr on W2 All Inclusive Danta Technologies payroll

Summary:
The client needs a highly experienced SAP CPI Integration Consultant with deep knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and 3rd-party benefit/payroll systems. This person must be hands-on with SAP CPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration) and capable of independently designing, building, and managing complex integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Benefits systems.

Job Description:
We're looking for an SAP CPI Integration Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors EC, SAP ECP, SAP ECC Finance, Workforce Software (WFS), and various third-party benefit systems. The consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Benefits systems while maintaining compliance, security, and performance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI) for EC-ECP, SAP ECC Finance, WFS, and third-party benefits providers.
  • Configure and manage middleware (SAP CPI) to ensure efficient and reliable data exchange.
  • Develop iFlows for standard and custom integrations, handling API, SOAP, REST, OData, and file-based interfaces.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and align solutions with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with global payroll, tax, and benefits regulations through secure and auditable integrations.
  • Work with third-party vendors to manage inbound/outbound integrations related to benefits, time tracking, payroll banking, and tax compliance.
  • Maintain integration documentation, mapping, and technical specifications for audit and knowledge-sharing purposes.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles related to integration functionality.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP CPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration) development and middleware configuration. SAP CPI certification is a must to have access to development cockpit.
  • Hands-on experience integrating SAP EC and ECP, including Point-to-Point and SAP Integration Suite-based approaches.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors API framework (OData, REST, SOAP, SFAPI, IDoc, RFC).
  • Experience integrating SAP ECC Finance (FICO module) with HR and Payroll data.
  • Knowledge of Workforce Software (WFS) integration patterns with SAP EC/ECP.
  • Familiarity with benefits system integrations such as ADP, Alight, Fidelity, or other third-party vendors.
  • Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript scripting for SAP CPI transformations.
  • Understanding of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL, PGP encryption) for integration security.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment, managing multiple integrations simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Integration certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based payroll systems (ECP, ADP, etc.).
  • Experience with Payroll Posting integration with SAP ECC Finance.
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) schemas and PCRs.
