SAP ERP Tax Reporter and Payroll Expert

Responsibilities:

• Tax Reporter Configuration Review & Optimization Conduct a comprehensive design review of the customer s existing SAP Tax Reporter configuration.
• Identify and document areas for improvement, including configuration updates and leading practices. Provide expert recommendations that align with the customer s business requirements and industry standards.
• Ongoing Maintenance Strategies Evaluate the current maintenance processes and suggest enhancements to ensure the system remains up-to-date and compliant.
• Develop a maintenance plan that includes regular reviews, updates, and compliance checks. Documentation and Presentation Prepare detailed reports outlining the findings from the configuration review and recommended changes.
• Present findings and recommendations to the customer, ensuring clarity and comprehension. Provide supporting documentation and reference materials for future use.
• Implementation and Experience Sharing Draw upon prior implementation experiences to advise the customer on best practices.
• Share insights on successful SAP Tax Reporter and payroll implementations to guide the customer on optimal paths. Assist in the development of implementation plans and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Customer Collaboration Work closely with the customer s team to understand their specific needs and challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of recommended changes.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to address any issues that arise.
• Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge Stay informed about current tax regulations and ensure the SAP Tax Reporter configuration complies with all relevant laws and standards.
• Provide guidance on any regulatory changes that may impact the customer s processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP ERP Tax Reporter and Payroll Expert. In-depth knowledge of SAP Tax Reporter configuration and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in documenting technical processes and findings.
