Job Details

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with large datasets and contribute to innovative projects that shape business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of product features and key customer metrics.
  • Conduct statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate critical aspects of customer behavior.
  • Utilize data mining, model building, and segmentation techniques to identify trends within the customer base.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions to align data insights with business objectives.

Skills

  • 3-6 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with data visualization tools.
  • Solid background in statistics, programming, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAS or similar analytical tools.
  • Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of customer behavior analytics and experience in a business environment.
