Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Employment Type: W2 Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex, capable of designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience orchestrating complex integrations, managing batch jobs, and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines. This role requires close collaboration with architects, product owners, and external system teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce platform features
Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and asynchronous processes
Orchestrate and manage multiple integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, third-party applications)
Work extensively with third-party applications and external systems
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Copado, GitHub, and Jenkins
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot production issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Support release management, sandbox strategy, and deployment planning
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, and Salesforce declarative tools
Expertise in complex integrations and orchestration across multiple systems
Solid experience working with batch Apex, queueable, future methods, and schedulers
Proven experience implementing CI/CD for Salesforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance tuning
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
