Agile Business Systems Analyst (APIs) 1+ Year Contract Addison, Texas (Hybrid)

IMMEDIATE NEW JOB OPENING for an Agile BSA to join our team and work in a hybrid setting for our global client out of their Addison office.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Works with product team to break out high level feature requirements into detailed technical requirements/user stories that are handed over to design team and development team for implementation.
- Prepare user stories for UI design team and front-end UI developers.
- Lead agile ceremonies with design and product teams to thoroughly analyze requirements and technical solutions.
- Breaking down large business functions into smaller chunks to refine and point.
- Document requirements through full lifecycle of ideation, accessibility and design, development, testing, and release.
- Prepare monthly release notes for end users.
- Conceptualize how features will be brought to life through requirement refinement.
- Document technical requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate solutions to fulfil business requirements.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience working as a BSA in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience using JIRA, Agile, and APIs daily is required.
- Experience working within a scrum team to deliver features to production on a regular cadence/monthly basis.
- Experience preparing user stories for UI design team and front-end UI developers.
- Confidence to lead agile ceremonies with design and product teams to thoroughly analyze requirements and technical solutions.
- Experience partnering with business teams to understand high level user stories and then break them apart into detailed UI requirements to determine how this item will be marked as Done.
- Experience working with accessibility and UI/UX team to continue refining/breakdown high level stories into detailed requirements and application workflows.
- Experience with reading and comprehending how fields/requirements will tie back to API's using swagger.
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience leading and participating in product scrum ceremonies.
