Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Tier 3 technical engineering teams.
- Develop and deploy scripts for automation and configuration management.
- Serve as the key liaison for critical enterprise issues with government IT.
- Oversee root cause analysis, cybersecurity responses, and system performance optimization.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems engineering.
- Strong track record in handling advanced enterprise and cybersecurity issues.
- Preferred Certifications: CISSP, Microsoft Expert/Professional certifications.
