Job Details

We are seeking a talented Lead UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative design projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
  • Facilitate discovery activities, including workshops and stakeholder interviews, to develop a clear experience strategy.
  • Create and iterate on design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on user feedback.
  • Advocate for inclusive and accessible design practices to ensure usability for diverse user groups.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs from concept to implementation.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and enhancing team excellence.

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of industries.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user testing software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and human factors.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in service design or dialog design.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Background in travel, hospitality, or food industries.
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
