Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner for a hybrid workplace opportunity in West Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably managing multiple products

  • 2+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language (.NET, C#, Kafka) and familiarity with .NET and Java build tools such as MSBuild, Maven, Spring Boot

  • Hands-on experience with CosmosDB, MongoDB, SQL and messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus

  • Strong background working in Agile or SAFe environments (Kanban)

  • Familiarity Azure DevOps and Github pipelines is a plus

This role is focused on the implementation of a new Point of Sale product. The ideal candidate will drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features and working closely with designers, engineers, and users.
