Job Description

Seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support the Strategic Architecture Services team. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Power Platform and SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) environments, offering technical consultation, and supporting end-users across the department.

You will work on medium-to-high complexity projects and ensure the security, availability, and performance of these platforms while providing daily support and operational maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and troubleshoot Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint On-Prem and Online environments.
  • Support users with app development, workflows, dashboards, permissions, and access.
  • Conduct system audits, monitor performance, and maintain documentation.
  • Deliver training, create user guides, and support knowledge management.
  • Collaborate with developers and business teams for integration and enhancement projects.
  • Generate usage and incident reports; manage incidents using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Assist in upgrades, patching, and enhancement projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow IT governance policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online/On-Premises administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of Office 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based and network-related issues.
  • Working knowledge of IIS, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Understanding of compliance/security best practices within Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting a plus.
