Job Description
An exciting operations leadership opportunity is available in the Los Angeles area with a well-funded, high-growth startup in the logistics tech space. This is a full-time position with a focus on leading freight audit service delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and process automation.
This is a career-defining role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to take ownership of operational strategy and execution at a company solving real-world problems in supply chain visibility. You'll build a team, partner with Product and Engineering, and help design scalable systems that directly impact some of the largest freight and shipping operations in the country. If you're process-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building from the ground up-this role was made for you.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or service delivery
Track record of managing people and leading teams
Experience implementing and scaling systems or processes
Proven problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communicator and collaborator
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities
Desired Skills & Experience
Client-facing experience in a B2B environment
Familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, and internal tooling
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, or Customer Success
A passion for automation and process efficiency
