Title: Non-IT Project Manager
Pay: $55/hr. to $57/hr. on W2
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402 OR Chicago, Illinois 60603
Hybrid: 3 Days per week in Office Required
Duration: 6 months (Open to extension)
Top Requirements:
- 7-10 YEARS Experience/Knowledge in: Project Management, Technology, and Organization/Prioritization
- We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a complex marketing measurement initiative.
- This high-impact role will oversee multiple interconnected workstreams, each with distinct stakeholder groups and deliverables.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving progress toward strategic goals, maintaining alignment across workstreams, and ensuring timely execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Lead and manage a multi-stream marketing measurement initiative from planning through execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups, including executive governance bodies and delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
- Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to identify blockers, risks, and opportunities for course correction.
- Facilitate decision-making and ensure accountability across workstreams.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and organizational needs.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong background in marketing, analytics, technology-related projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Conflict resolution and consensus-building.
- Expertise in project planning and milestone tracking.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and measurement frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira
- Experience preparing executive dashboards, status reports, and governance updates.
