Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL 1-2 days per week onsite (may consider remote candidates but this is a last resort option)

Duration: 7-month base contract; possible extensions

Job Description:

Project Overview :

• Department: ISD Cyber Space Infrastructure Asset Management
• Focus: IT Asset Management application (platforms like ITOL)
• Objective: Track and report IT assets across the bank (e.g., operating systems, servers, device vulnerabilities)
• SME Focus: Technical infrastructure, not business/financial domain
• Duration: 7-month contract (with high likelihood of extension yearly budgeted)
• Team Location: U.S. and India
• Time Zone: EST (Preferred: FL or Pittsburgh for in-office flexibility, NY/NJ secondary)

Role: Database Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and build out Oracle 19c database models
• Create and optimize PL/SQL: stored procedures, packages, and views
• Normalize/denormalize tables, optimize queries and performance
• Work with on-prem Oracle databases
• Collaborate with Java developers and understand infrastructure context
• Check-in to Git; participate in Agile processes

Top 3 Skills:

1. Oracle 19c: Strong hands-on development
2. PL/SQL: Stored procedures, packages, and views
3. Performance tuning: Query and schema optimization

Experience:

• 7 10 years in database development
• Must be independent and senior-level
• Bonus: Familiarity with ETL (won t be doing it directly)
