Responsible for leading a team, developing solutions, and managing projects in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP technical areas- Designing, developing, and deploying ABAP/UI5 solutions within SAP BTP, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

- 12+ years of ABAP development experience and 3 years in a leadership role, with specific skills in SAP BTP services like HANA and Fiori.
- Strong communication skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, with leading and mentoring the ABAP development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Research BTP advancements (e.g., machine learning, analytics) and prototype new tools.
- Lead architecture design of BTP solutions (Cloud Foundry, Kyma, ABAP Environment).
- Enforce coding standards, DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git), and documentation.
- Hands-on development using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, Node.js, Java, SAP UI5/Fiori.
- Collaborating with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conducting code reviews, performing unit testing, and supporting integration testing to maintain quality standards.
- Proficiency in integration technologies such as OData, REST, and SOAP.
- Proficiency in ABAP- Optional certifications like SAP ABAP or BTP.
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
