Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Health & Safety Module
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Overview:

We are actively seeking a ServiceNow Architect with specialized experience in the Health & Safety Module to lead and oversee the architectural design, integration, and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to ensuring the scalability, accuracy, and performance of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), CMDB, and advanced integration capabilities.

Note: Health & Safety Module experience is required; certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on IRE and CMDB.

  • Define and maintain a robust CMDB strategy, ensuring data integrity across the platform.

  • Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

  • Optimize and manage IRE processes for accurate CI identification and reconciliation.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team.

  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, integrations, and implementation best practices.

  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and advise on platform improvement opportunities.

  • Drive the implementation and integration of IT Asset Management (ITAM) with CMDB and Discovery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

  • 8+ years in IT with 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

  • Hands-on expertise in IRE, CMDB, and integration tools/technologies.

  • Strong grasp of ITIL processes and practical implementation in ServiceNow.

  • Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP web services.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

  • Proven record in designing and implementing ITAM within ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery.

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules.

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and ServiceNow integrations.

  • Background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
