Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job Type: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other tools.
• Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Perform data modeling, data migration, and data cleansing as needed.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of development and changes.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices and Salesforce architecture.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.) is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Admin are strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Knowledge of security best practices in Salesforce.
• Prior experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
