Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, manage security tools and processes, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards across the organization. This position offers a hybrid work model with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor for security anomalies, violations, and breaches.
  • Respond to cybersecurity incidents promptly, documenting findings and outcomes.
  • Lead the organization s vulnerability management program and oversee system patching and remediation.
  • Manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, vulnerability scanners, SIEM, asset discovery tools, antivirus, and email protection tools.
  • Test and verify security controls, providing detailed reporting and recommendations.
  • Ensure system alignment with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and external regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
  • Provide security input for network and system design.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for cybersecurity incidents.
  • Stay current with evolving cyber threats and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in information security.
  • Strong knowledge of penetration testing, network security, and remediation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies:
    • Firewalls
    • Proxies
    • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
    • Antivirus software
    • Identity Providers (IdPs)
  • In-depth understanding of vulnerability management: identifying, prioritizing, and resolving vulnerabilities in both on-premises and remote networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver s license.
