Position : Scrum Master

Location: Oakland (Bay area), Sacramento, CA or Alpharetta, GA

  • Additional Experience:
    • 4+ years of overall delivery leadership experience in Technology with minimum of 2 years of Agile delivery experience. Bachelors degree in Information Technology field or equivalent knowledge, skills, abilities.
    • Strong knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution.
    • Effective communication skills, ability to adapt style to suit different audiences.
    • Understand various agile methodologies and frameworks; SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP.
    • Be able to teach simple agile concepts to teams.
    • Ability to analyze data and draw insights on team performance.
    • Knowledge of basic technical terminology and processes/systems.
    • Practice Lean Agile Leadership.
    • Servant leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skill.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Good understanding of Software design and delivery.
    • Knowledge of Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align, Miro.
    • In addition to strong Scrum Mastery skills, candidate must have technical knowledge in one of the following areas: Application development, Cloud computing, DevOps and/or Infrastructure technologies.
