Production Supervision:

  • \n
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues-including delays, equipment problems, or personnel challenges.
  • \n
  • Track key production metrics such as output, scrap, downtime, and productivity.
  • \n
  • Encourage daily 3S and sustained improvement of task flow, organization, and maintenance activities.
  • \n
\n
Qualifications:
    \n
  • \nBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, OR
  • \n
  • \n10+ years of directly relevant manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree.
  • \n
  • Minimum 3 years of successful experience as a project team leader in a production or manufacturing setting.
  • \n
  • Strong background in lean thinking, process improvement, and hands-on production systems.
  • \n
