Key Responsibilities
Collect and interpret business needs from clients or internal teams and document them clearly.
Perform market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic project choices.
Generate insights through reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations.
Work closely with developers and QA professionals to verify that project requirements are fulfilled.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by gathering feedback and documenting results.
Develop user stories, create flowcharts, wireframes, and maintain detailed documentation when required.
Requirements
A foundational knowledge of business analysis concepts, SDLC, and agile frameworks.
Exposure to tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or data visualization software like Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of managing time effectively and juggling multiple priorities.
Open to applications for Entry Level Candidates in Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
