About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled PLM Project Managers with strong Hi-Tech industry experience to lead and coordinate large-scale PLM and IT projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Teamcenter, strong communication abilities, and proven experience in managing complex cut-over and rollout activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead PLM/Teamcenter-related IT and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into actionable project plans.

  • Manage cut-over planning and execution for large-scale software rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

  • Oversee the project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery, tracking milestones, budget, risks, and dependencies.

  • Provide clear communication and articulate project updates to executive leadership, business partners, and cross-functional teams.

  • Drive collaboration across distributed teams and ensure change management processes are followed.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the Hi-Tech industry, with a strong track record of managing IT or PLM projects.

  • Teamcenter experience supporting business and IT processes, ideally in the last 5 10 years.

  • Proven background in cut-over coordination and rollout of enterprise-scale software projects.

  • IT background with prior exposure to Teamcenter (within or earlier than the past 5 years) preferred.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and locations with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience collaborating with software engineering teams and business users.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications.
