Job Details

Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite 2 days/week from Day 1)
Interview Format: MS Teams Video (Camera On)
Local Candidates Only: Must be located within 2 hours of Lansing, MI
Job Description:

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements that are testable and unambiguous.

  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and project teams.

  • Maintain Agile project backlogs and work closely with Product Owners to set priorities.

  • Analyze current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Support Build vs. Buy decisions by providing detailed analysis and documentation.

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA testers, and other stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business needs.

  • Ensure compliance with System Engineering Methodology (SEM) deliverables.

  • Support change management by assessing the impact of changes on project scope and benefits.

  • Align project activities with high-level data governance objectives.
