We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in PLC programming and electrical system design to support the development of custom OEM machinery. This role plays a critical part in designing, programming, and commissioning control systems for high-performance industrial equipment.

Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in PLC programming and electrical system design to support the development of custom OEM machinery. This role plays a critical part in designing, programming, and commissioning control systems for high-performance industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and debug PLC software for custom automation and packaging machinery
- Design electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical
- Select and integrate electrical components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, sensors, and safety devices
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and project teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Support machine startup, testing, and troubleshooting in-house (minimal to no travel)
- Maintain and improve standard PLC code, electrical design templates, and documentation
- Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and customer specifications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of PLC programming experience on Allen Bradley
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical preferred
