Wage Range:
The hourly rate for this position is between $18.87 - $27.66 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Homestead, FL and provide end-user support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
- Provide end user support to clients and their team
- Customize the customer experience for every individual, all communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
- Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
- Be proactive in solving any situation
- Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service issues
- Provide onsite desktop support for levels of end-users
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 3+ years of related Desktop Support experience
- AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A+ Certification a plus but not required
- LAN and WAN experience
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Windows 10/11 experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
- Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
- Personable, reliable, and relatable and responsible when interacting with clients
- Able to provide a consultative approach to solving issues
- Impeccable follow-through to client satisfaction
- Track record of punctuality, go-getter
- Not intimidated by new or complex problems and situations
