Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency with MSP tools and platforms.
Solid experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Solid experience scripting with PowerShell
Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
